( also , i have specific gender hcs for two characters but everyone else i don't bc i haven't thought about that enough for those characters so in case u were wondering why i didn't hc every character's gender , that's why )

i could see nikolai with anyone of any gender tbh but imo queer fits him better than pan

zoya nazyalensky : lesbian/bi?? ( she/xey pronouns )

ok , no this does not mean bi lesbian btw , lesbians cannot be attracted to men , point blank period . i'm just saying that i go switch between the lesbian and bi labels for zoya alot  bc yes , i would live to permanently hc her as lesbian but like , xey and nikolai are such a hot couple and we just need them to be our token hot queer couple so idk . anyways zoya's my gf so that's what matters <3
